UPDATE ON CURRENT MARKET CONDITIONS FOR 4130 NORMALIZED SHEET

Now stocking thicknesses from .025 to .250!

We are pleased to report that we have been able to re-stock all of our standard thicknesses of 4130 sheets in the "Normalized or Otherwise Heat-Treated" condition for everything standard from .025" through .125”. This is the description now for "4130 Normalized, or Condition N," as listed on the Material Test Reports. Until recently, thicknesses .025" and .032" were not available in the Normalized Condition.

Thicknesses above .125" are typically stocked in a hot-rolled ("HR") finish, which means they may have a surface texture. This is very common in these thicknesses.

Other thicknesses may be available on a special order basis
As always, "if you don't see it" ask for it!"

Revised as of July 20, 2005
